Our Promise

We strive to provide quality greeting card artistry to our Club Members and customers. Because our designs are hand-painted and then printed on premium paper, slight variations in color and texture are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects

Due to their hand-painted designs and custom nature, we generally do not accept returns of our greeting card prints. However, your satisfaction is our priority! 

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items

If your items arrive damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email us at info@blossompie.com within 14 days of delivery. If the items are damaged, please include a photo so we can assist you with a replacement or a solution. In the event a return is approved for reasons other than damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Subscription Changes

You may manage or cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your My Account page.

Important: Our subscription change policy is driven by a specific monthly deadline. To ensure your changes (pauses or cancellations) take effect for the upcoming month, they must be completed before your payment processes. For full details on our billing dates and cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that while we process the refund immediately, your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account. If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company for further details.
