1. Card Club Subscription & Billing

By enrolling in the Blossom Pie Card Club, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription designed to keep you stocked with artisanal, curated card bundles. 

• Billing Cycle: Your payment method is charged for your first month immediately upon signup. Subsequent monthly renewals process automatically on your signup anniversary date.
• Production & Inventory: Joining within a given calendar month secures that specific month’s curated collection. 
• Payment Security: Transactions are processed securely via the Elavon Converge payment gateway and are governed by the Elavon Terms of Service.

2. Fulfillment & Shipping

We use a structured logistics cycle to ensure your products arrive ahead of upcoming holidays and milestones.

  We’ll email you a digital sneak peek of upcoming curated designs to your registered email so you always know what is coming next!
• Shipping: We print our Monthly Card Club sets each month and ship them in bulk around the 21st of the month. New club memberships processed after the 21st ship within 1–2 business days. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
• Bundled Add-Ons: To reduce packaging and our carbon footprint, any purchases added to an active Card Club membership (such as extra card sets or stationery products) will ship together with your monthly bulk package (around the 21st). Card Club members may contact us at info@blossompie.com to request earlier delivery of add-on products. 
• Standalone Merchandise Orders: Non-subscription card sets and other in-stock stationery items typically ship the next business day.
• Digital Delivery:  Digital products and printable files are delivered instantly via download links on the checkout confirmation page and/or sent to your registered email address. Download links are active for 30 days from the date of purchase and are limited to three (3) download attempts per transaction. Blossom Pie is not responsible for link failure due to customer firewall restrictions or email filtering.

3. Account Management, Pauses, & Cancellation

You maintain complete control over your Monthly Card Club membership.

• Flexibility: You may pause, modify, or cancel your monthly club membership at any time by logging into your My Account page.
• Deadlines: To avoid being billed for an upcoming batch, account updates must be completed before your renewal payment processes on your monthly signup anniversary.
• Finality: Once a monthly renewal payment is processed, that month’s order is finalized and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Prepaid Gift Bundles are one-time transactions and do not auto-renew. All digital product purchases, instant downloads, and printable files are final sale and completely non-refundable once the download link has been generated or delivered via email.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Blossom Pie™ and the Blossom Pie logo are trademarks of Blossom Pie. The use of the ™ symbol on this website indicates a clear claim of common-law trademark rights. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this site are the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the hand-designed art prints, digital layouts, cards, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Blossom Pie and is protected by trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable  license to use the physical cards or digital downloads for personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, scanning, digitally duplicating, or creating derivative works from our artwork for commercial use without express written consent.

For digital downloads and printable files, your license is strictly limited to a single user. You may print copies for your personal use or within your immediate household only. Sharing digital files via email, shared drives, or public links, as well as redistributing printed copies to classrooms, groups, or organizations, is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial group license.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blossom Pie provides this website and all physical and digital products on an “as is” basis. While we maintain rigorous quality standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Pie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our physical or digital products. We are not liable for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdirected mail once a shipment is handed over to the U.S. Postal Service or other shipper. Our maximum liability for any claim is strictly limited to the dollar amount paid for that specific order or subscription month.

We do not guarantee that our digital products will be compatible with all third-party software, devices, or operating systems. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary hardware and software (such as PDF readers or media players) to open and use digital files. Blossom Pie does not provide technical support for device-specific errors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your transactional use of the Blossom Pie website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings relating to this site shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. 

7. Official Sweepstakes & Giveaway Rules

• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is ever required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your mathematical odds of winning.
• Eligibility: Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
• Entry Validation: Entry methods will be specified per promotion (e.g., newsletter sign-up, social media action). Entrants must fully satisfy all specified criteria at the time of the drawing to remain eligible.
• Winner Selection & Claims: Winners are chosen via random drawing. Notifications are sent to the email or profile used to enter. Blossom Pie is not responsible for notifications that are lost, delayed, or misdirected into spam folders.
  
  • Digital Prizes: Files or links will be emailed or direct-messaged straight to the winner.
  • Physical Prizes: Winners must reply with a U.S. mailing address within 72 hours. We will send a final follow-up email granting an additional 48-hour grace period. Failure to respond within this final window results in permanent forfeiture of the prize. Blossom Pie reserves the sole discretion to determine if an alternate winner will be drawn.
• Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions are permitted. The retail value of any individual giveaway will not exceed $100.
• General Conditions: Blossom Pie LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.
