What is Blossom Pie?

Blossom Pie is a greeting card subscription service that delivers four hand-designed greeting card prints to you each month. We look ahead and paint designs especially for upcoming holidays and events. We then print and mail them to you ahead of your special occasions. And we do it for about the price you’d pay for many mass-produced cards – without the hassle of running to the store! And if you need additional cards, you can always browse our online shop for even more designs to love.

How does a Blossom Pie subscription work?

Subscribers receive four hand-designed cards with envelopes each month. To receive the upcoming month’s shipment, please join by the 20th of the month.

  • Subscribe by the 20th: Your first delivery will arrive on or about the 1st of next month. 
  • Subscribe on the 21st or later: Your first delivery will arrive the following month.

Recurring payments process automatically on the 1st of each month. Your cards typically ship around the 21st, and we will send you a tracking number as soon as they are on their way.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! You can purchase a subscription or shop items as a gift. During checkout, simply provide the recipient’s name and shipping address. We will handle the fulfillment and include your gift message in their first shipment. 

I purchased items from the shop along with my subscription. When will they ship?

To reduce our carbon footprint, our practice is to ship shop items together with your monthly Card Club set (around the 21st). If you order shop merchandise without a subscription, we typically ship the next business day. Items requiring production may take a bit longer to ship.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We’d be sorry to see you go! You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your My Account page. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month. Because we print to order based on payments processed the next day (on the 1st of the month), cancellations made after that deadline will take effect the following month. 

I’m going on vacation. Can I pause my subscription?

We know life happens! If you are going on vacation or just need a temporary break, email us at info@blossompie.com before the 1st of the month (the day your monthly renewal is processed) and we will happily place a “hold” on your account so you are not charged for that cycle. Your subscription will automatically resume the following month with a charge on the 1st, so you won’t miss a beat!

What is your return policy?

Due to the hand-painted designs and custom nature of our prints, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your items arrive damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed back to your payment method within 5-10 business days.

What size are your cards?

Our folded cards measure approximately 5 inches by 7 inches, but the size may vary slightly based on our printing company’s unique specifications for that month.

Can I subscribe to the Blossom Pie Card Club or purchase from the store if I live outside of the U.S.?

At this time, Blossom Pie only ships to U.S. mailing addresses, including APO and FPO addresses.

Do I need extra postage to mail a card?

No additional postage is required to mail a card with its envelope to U.S. addresses using First-Class Mail via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Are your designs digitally created?

Blossom Pie designs are hand-painted. We occasionally add digital text to the front of our cards to help you celebrate life’s moments with the perfect message. 

What if I am not receiving Blossom Pie emails?

If you do not see an email from us, check your spam or junk mail folders. Please add info@blossompie.com to your safe senders list. If you are still having trouble, email us for assistance.
