Frequently Asked Questions
What is Blossom Pie?
We hand-design original greeting cards that help you keep your friend circle tight without the last-minute drugstore panic. Instead of generic grocery store cards, we bundle our original art into thematic 4-card sets you can buy on demand, or you can join our Monthly Card Club to get fresh designs delivered automatically.
How does the Monthly Card Club work?
- The Shipping Schedule: We ship in bulk around the 21st of the month.
- Late Sign-Ups: If you join after the 21st, your first box ships within 1–2 business days so you don’t miss a beat.
- The Billing: Your first payment processes immediately. Future monthly renewals happen automatically on your sign-up anniversary date.
Can I send Blossom Pie as a gift?
Absolutely. You can grab our Prepaid Gift Bundles (available in 3, 6, or 12-month increments) for the hard-to-shop-for friend. It’s a one-time checkout that automatically wraps up at the end of the timeline – no sneaky auto-renewals. We even drop a digital gift voucher into your inbox instantly so you can print, text, or email it to them on your own schedule.
I purchased items from the shop along with my subscription. When will they ship?
To reduce packaging waste, we ship any add-on Shop items together with your monthly Card Club set (around the 21st). If you buy shop products without a club membership, we typically ship the next business day (but drop us a note at info@blossompie.com if you need your stand-alone items earlier).
How do I access my digital downloads or printables?
Can I share my digital files with my friends?
- Digital Greeting Cards: If you buy a digital card (like our PNG or MP4 designs), you are absolutely encouraged to text, email, or message that file directly to your recipient! That is what it’s there for.
- Printables & Downloads: For printable items (e.g., lunchbox notes, printable Valentines), the file is for single-user, personal use. You can print them for your own household or desk stash. However, uploading raw files to public shared links, posting them openly on social media, or mass-printing them for entire classrooms or organizations is strictly against the rules.
My download link isn’t working. What should I do?
Do I need special software to use your digital products?
Can I pause or cancel my Card Club membership?
No strings attached here! You can pause or cancel your monthly card club membership with one click by logging into your My Account page. To avoid being billed for the next batch, just make sure you hit pause or cancel before your monthly renewal date hits.
What is your shipping and return policy?
- Shipping: Shipping is always free on our 4-card sets, gift bundles, and club memberships within the U.S. (including APO and FPO addresses). We do not ship internationally yet.
- Returns: Because our cards are printed from our original, hand-designed art collections, we don’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email us at info@blossompie.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. You can read our full policy on our Refund and Returns page.
What size are your cards, and do they need extra postage?
Our folded cards measure approximately 5 inches by 7 inches. They fit perfectly into the included envelopes and require standard, single-stamp First-Class postage to mail within the U.S.
Are your designs digitally created?
Blossom Pie designs are artisanal and hand-designed. While our prints start as physical brush-on-paper art in our studio, we carefully letter and format our messages digitally so everything looks crisp, modern, and purposeful – never robotic or AI-generated.
