Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Use of the Gravatar service is subject to their own privacy policy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. 

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Gift Recipient Information

If you purchase a subscription or merchandise as a gift, we collect the name, shipping address, and email address of the intended recipient. We use this information to fulfill the gift order, manage delivery, and communicate with the recipient regarding their gift. Who We Share Your Data With

Security: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Fulfillment: We share your name and shipping address with our shipping carriers (such as USPS or UPS) to deliver your orders and provide tracking information.

Payment Processing: We accept payments through Elavon Converge. We share necessary data with Elavon to complete the transaction and support recurring subscription billing. Elavon manages your personal data according to their own privacy and security policies. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

Third-Party Content: Our website may contain links to social media platforms (like Facebook or Instagram). We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Profiles & Orders: For users who create an account on our website, make a purchase, or receive a gift subscription, we also store personal information and order history indefinitely. This ensures a consistent shopping experience, allows us to manage recurring deliveries, and maintains necessary records for tax and accounting purposes. 

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, have left comments, or are a gift recipient, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you.
