1. Card Club Subscription & Billing

We’re happy to have you join our community! By signing up for the Blossom Pie Card Club, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription to keep you stocked with beautiful, curated cards. Read on for more information about your membership.

• Billing Date: You are charged for your first month immediately upon signup. Subsequent renewals are synced to the 1st of each month.
• Production Cycle: To receive the upcoming month’s shipment, please join by the 20th of the month. For sign-ups after the 20th, your first shipment will arrive the following month. 
• Payment Gateway: Your transaction is handled securely via the Elavon Converge payment gateway and is governed by the Elavon Terms of Service.

2. Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline

We use a structured process to ensure your cards arrive by the 1st of the month. Here’s what you can expect:

• Design Sneak Peak: Before the 1st of the month, we’ll send an email showcasing our upcoming curated designs. This is your window to preview what’s coming next! 
• Shipping: Your Card Club packages typically ship around the 21st of the month. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
• Bundled Shipping: To be more efficient and to reduce our carbon footprint, any additional items (such as journals and extra card sets) purchased with a subscription will ship together with your monthly card set.
• Merchandise-Only Orders: If you only order non-subscription items, we’ll get those moving quickly, usually the next business day. Items requiring production may take longer to ship.

3. Cancellations & Changes

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your My Account page. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please modify your subscription by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month. Please note that once a renewal is processed on the 1st of the month, that month’s order is finalized and cannot be cancelled; however, you can always review our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Blossom Pie™ and the Blossom Pie logo are trademarks of Blossom Pie. The use of the ™ symbol on this website indicates a claim of common-law trademark rights. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this site are the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the hand-painted designs, card artwork, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Blossom Pie and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the physical cards for personal use only. You may not reproduce, scan, distribute, or create derivative works from our artwork for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blossom Pie provides this website and our products on an “as is” basis. While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Pie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail once an order has shipped. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order or subscription month.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Blossom Pie website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the site shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
