The “why” behind our Blossom Pie Card Club

For us, founding Blossom Pie was truly an act of love: Love of painting, love of artists, love of family.

These values helped us shape our business while also guiding us in running it. So, in no particular order, here are 6 reasons we love Blossom Pie and hope you will, too.

  1. Love of watercolor. We started painting for fun and quickly fell head over heels seeing the colors blending on the page. Our family also came to love our art – they even wanted to learn too, so we organized some watercolor painting parties! Since then, Blossom Pie emerged as our way to introduce even more people to the joy of art.

  2. Celebrating people. Greeting cards are a very personal way we recognize our friends and loved ones. We think giving hand-created designs that are not available in stores such a special way to show how much we care.

  3. Authenticity. Creating is the heart of human experience! That’s why it’s sad to see so much AI-generated commercial products these days. We think bringing genuine, hand-designed cards to more people helps forge greater community and connection among us all.

  4. Reducing mental load. We like finding ways to simplify our lives, so we love the idea of making things easier for others. That’s why we created a subscription service to deliver four new, all-occasion prints tied to upcoming holidays and occasions, so people will always have cards on hand without needing to think about it.

  5. Saving time and money. Who has time to go searching the card aisle? We love the idea of saving people that hassle. And we strive to make artistic quality affordable by delivering all-occasion prints at the same price-point as many commercially produced cards.

  6. Working together. Patti is an organizer and Barb is a dreamer, and we love that about each other! It’s fun to see how our business reflects both of these sensibilities. So, whether you’re an organizer, a dreamer, or something in between, we hope you’ll also find many reasons to love Blossom Pie.

Our best to you and yours,

Patti and Barb
